An armed conflict between Israel military and group of Palestinian militants led by Hamas has been taken place on Gaza strip since October 7, 2023. It is most significant military engagement in the region and is the fifth war of Israel Gaza conflict since 2008.

In statement, the Palestinian Civil Defense said that its teams had retrieved seven bodies and several injured individuals from the attack site.
